DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
For some vacation requests payment plans are available! The key is to start your planning early so that you have adequate amount of time to make payments! Clients who take advantage of the payment plan option can make payments at their own leisure as long as the full balance is paid by the final due date. You can contact us for further details!
WHY SHOULD I USE A TRAVEL ADVISOR?
There are many websites available to you for free to research travel today! Why spend your time researching when you can contact a subject matter expert on travel who can do all the work for you? On top of that you will receive personalized service on a level that you will not receive by booking with an online travel website! WHY DO YOU CHARGE A CONSULTATION FEE?
We pride ourselves on being very knowledgeable on trends in the travel industry and luxury properties around the world. As subject matter experts who work with many clients our time is valuable and so is yours! Our consultation fee ensures that we maximize our efficiency and work with our valued clients who are ready and excited to start their vacation planning!
All initial vacation requests/inquires do require payment of an upfront nonrefundable consult fee. Please note that any changes in vacation requests or scope of work may result in additional fees billed after the consult fee is paid. Please note that after 30 days (from receipt of the original consult fee) consult fee payments will no longer be valid and the client will be required to pay a new consult fee to receive further services. The consult fee covers up to 3 iterations/revisions and expires after 30 days. Any further revisions will require an additional fee. Please note that this fee is nonrefundable and applies regardless of if Dynamite Travel books your trip or if you end up booking the vacation on your own. The Consultation fee does not confirm or guarantee engagement with Dynamite Travel for provision of services and assistance. Clients are not engaged as Dynamite Travel clients until the vacation is confirmed/booked by Dynamite Travel. Repeat customers and Dynamite Travel loyalty customers may receive discounts off of the consultation fee.
