Seven Seas Splendor sailed from Southampton, England last week marking the return of one of the most luxurious cruise lines in the world.

The cruise ship returned to Southampton on Sept. 22, cruising into the new Horizon Cruise Terminal, before sailing a 14-night voyage to Barcelona, Spain visiting Bordeaux, France and Lisbon, Portugal, among other destinations. Seven Seas Splendor will spend October and November exploring the Mediterranean before crossing the Atlantic for a season in the Caribbean.

Why Regent Seven Seas

Regent Seven Seas Cruises offers an in-suite experience like no other at sea. Every suite has spacious closets, high-end finishes, ultra comfortable beds and private balconies. Sizes range from 307 to 4,443 square feet.

Seven Seas Explorer

Another Regent ship, the Seven Seas Explorer can fit 750 guests, 552 crew members, and 375 suites on 10 decks. Each deck has something for you and your family to enjoy. The following amenities are on the Seven Seas Explorer:

The Atrium

The Atrium is the core of the Seven Seas Explorer. Natural light shines from above but it’s a glorious chandelier shining like a bright star that illuminates this area of the ship.

Party all night in this Monte Carlo-style casino. Enjoy all types of casino games including Blackjack, roulette, poker, slot machines, and a full craps table. Play to win!

Compass Rose restaurant

The Compass Rose restaurant is the largest specialty restaurant across Regent’s line of ships and an ideal setting for breakfast and dinner. With live shows most nights, you’re sure to be wowed by the talent coming out of this sophisticated, glamorous atmosphere. Offering a delightful mix of new and familiar items on every visit, the new lunch and dinner menus offer a vast selection to meet your tastes. The Compass Rose is exclusively aboard the Seven Seas Mariner, Seven Seas Voyager, and Seven Seas Navigator.

The perfect spot to begin or end a night, Regent’s Explorer Lounge encourages intimate conversations over deliciously mixed cocktails at an sophisticated black marble bar while resident musicians play live music.

Their Seven Seas series of cruise ships, which includes the Explorer, Splendor, Mariner, and Navigator, is shipping out to and from destinations like Athens, Miami, Colon, Bridgetown, San Juan, Cartagena, and Barcelona through early next year.
